What is the surefire strategy to win a trial?

What is a surefire method of winning your trial or substantially increasing the chances of winning a hopeless trial?

Prepare your post trial submissions three weeks before trial. Even earlier if you can get the main legal point that you are going to argue straight across to the submissions.

Imagine what you are going to cross-examine your own witnesses to establish your main points.

Imagine what you are going to do to attack your opponent’s points. Put it all down. Get the case law ready. Put it there. You would have laid out a highway to victory.

You would have anticipated how many objections your opponents are going to give at the end of trial.

That increases your chances.

How do you do it? Waiting for the trial to end and then trying to fit the pieces together will never succeed in
This is complete waste of time.

Try it.
